Rahul is the Proprietor of Theclouds and has over two deacades of experience in opening/ setting up of food & beverages out lets, Strategic Planning & marketing in Food & Beverage(F&B), banqueting/ out door F & B events. He has vast experience of different cuisines and is a certified senior beverage expert, have opened various F&B establishments in India and abroad.
Has managed restaurants namely – Auma, China Doll, G Connaught Place and has conceptualised many other restaurants / food and beverage outlets Pan India.
Rahul is associated with various hotel management colleges – providing training, consultation, organising various events , mentoring. He is also been associated with skill India and is on the jury to mentor numerous hotel management colleges pan India.
Rahul has a bachelors degree in hotel management, from the very prestigious Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bangalore, India
